Finally Home for good ?

Another Journey to the Hospital

So we got home from Seattle on the 15Th (Friday)

We had a good weekend and Gary went to school on Monday and all was great.

Monday afternoon I got a call from The University of Washington Medical Center Pediatrics to go to St. Mary's Hospital to redo some tests.

*Multiple blood Tests

*EKG

*Lumbar Puncture

*Heart Monitors

*Pulse Ox Monitors

Well they did and we ended up spending another 5 days with medications. They came to find out that he has a heart defect, and Meningitis that was Partially treated. So the 5 days of IV's helped to control that. It was hard having the Drugs pushed through every few hours. It was hard to see him poked and bothered so much. I pray nobody has to see their children go through this ever.

My mom was able to come out and help me. I can't put a price tag on what a blessing it is.

Thank you to the many of you have been their for me with countless prayers . Some of you I don't even know about. I truly did feel them and the comfort they brought while sitting in the hospitals. Also Thank you for the phone Calls, Texts and Meals. We Love you all.

The day Before we left for Seattle. She has no clue what is to come.

She did so well in the little hospital room I couldn't have asked for better.

Playing with her stroller. Getting practice for pushing her little brother.

A new line of head wear designed by Taylin Brundage. LOL

Enjoying her Brother with Daddy before she decided that she wasn't sure about him. Now she likes to hit him over the head. Hope she grows out of it soon.

A missed place bouncy ball from grandpa. I laughed so hard we all cried and I still do to this day. The picture speaks for its self.

We are home...

We made it home finally from Seattle after 16 days. It is nice to be home as a whole family. Dallin is a pretty good sleeper, but I am getting late start on adjusting to the lack of sleep. Thank you to everyone for the countless Prayers. It means a lot to know we are loved by so many. I know in my heart it was because of them I am able to be sitting here feeding Dallin while updating my blog at home.

Home Away from Home

The whatever you would call place we stayed after I got out of the hospital while we waited for Dallin. It was super safe though.

We need a remote to park.

Key for the Elevator

Key for the building

Key and deadbolt for room door.

Gary's nickname for the place (Witness Protection house)

The 6 1/2 hour car ride. It was quite fun trying to keep our little motor mouth happy. She loves to play pretend on my was old cell phone. ( took the battery out and glued it shut ). It lasts for hours.

Our First Night home was Friday the 15Th. As you can see in the pictures he was right at home. He stretched for about 2 hours after the car ride. The picture below shows it perfect. It was so cute.

So we spent all day at the doctor.

After talking about delivery and how I was doing the doctor called back that night and sent us

5 1/2 hours away to DR. Brown at the University of Washington.

*Wednesday June 30th

Spent all morning in the car. Taylin did so well.

*Thursday July 1st

After I feel I had seen about 100 doctors. We decided that we needed to deliver Dallin. Well nothing goes perfect right. Expecting around a 3:30 delivery. Before I could delivery they gave me a platelet transfusion. They took me back at 10:30pm . After a while my spinal failed to work. Can I say that is the most pain ever. I mean I know pain and it was horrible. They ended up kicking Gary out and they had to put me under.
