Half way Point

So I am a week late on this. We have hit the half way point. I can't wait for our daughter to come. She is doing great and growing how she should. We still got to the Doctors every 2 weeks in Salt Lake. Long drives but they have the best Doctor's to take care of the 2 of us.

So this past week has been so much fun. I got to finally meet my Brother-in-law Nate that is back from Iraq ( from his third tour) In August of 2010 he heads out for his fourth. It was so great to meet him and lets just say I think I gained a few pounds from is really good southern cooking. Him and his wife and 2 kids live on the Kentucky / Tennessee Border. Before they left they gave me a Baby shower gift (well part of it she says early) here are some of the pictures so you can see.

The one white Blessing Dress I bought myself. ( Its my first baby purchase and the only one so far, I am doing so good :) Gary is very happy and I got it for 75% off! )

Well I tried to get the rest one but the website won't allow me too. They are super cute and all 6 and 9 Months clothes. They gave me

2 Dresses
4 Pairs of Pants
2 sleepers
1 romper

Good Bye Piece of Junk

So Yesterday after weeks of talking about it. We decided to put our old 1990 Honda Accord up for sale. So let me tell you this car was scary. The car I know had have been involved in a huge front end collision. I think from my small insurance adjusting training it should have been totaled. The alignment was never even. The steering wheel shook so bad it hurt to drive, the transmission was going out, the drivers side both windows wouldn't roll down. The front windshield some how always got a large scratch, ya weird not crack in it, we needed 4 new tires any day now, and the A/C was to old get freon charged and the converter would have cost $800. So it was and old unsafe oven on wheels.

It sold in less then 4 hours. I love KSL Classifieds.

Guess What!!!!!!!!!

It's a Girl!!!!!!!

So we had a crack of dawn Doctors appointment 7:30 am in Salt Lake. Crazy we were on the freeway by 6:15 am. And for those who know Gary thats unheard of. During the ultrasound she started to wake up and by the end she gave us a clear view by putting her legs above her head. So its a 100%. So far she is 9oz. Iam finally starting to gain some weight which made them very happy I gained 1.75 lbs so I am still down 4.5 lbs from my first Doctor's appointment. We are so happy and wanted to let everyone know.

2nd trimester update

So 13 weeks have went by so fast. The only thing that has been hard is we found out so early. We found out we were expecting back in March. Seems so long ago. The Doctor's went well yesterday, we got to hear the heart beat again. Its so fun to listen. Gary loves it now that he knows what to listen to. I am hoping to get some energy back that has been the worst part of the first trimester.

13 weeks
6 Doctors appointments so far
4 Ultra sounds
5 blood tests
10 trips to the store for Red apples ( i am addicted)
5 lbs lost ( Doctors says eat more carbs you'll gain it)
